As the Year of the Snake draws to a close and the Year of the Horse begins, on January 5th, 2026, at 3 PM, all employees of TST CABLE & TST seal gathered in a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere for their grand annual meeting themed “Working Together to Create a Shared Future.” The event celebrated the past year’s achievements and looked forward to the new year of 2026 with great passion.
The evening began with a meticulously crafted annual review video. Familiar scenes captured TST Company’s journey from the beginning to the end of the year: late-night project challenges, seamless teamwork, joyful smiles upon receiving customer approval, and vibrant team-building activities. These precious moments, like shining pearls, strung together our shared struggles in 2025, resonating deeply with every employee present.
Following this, General Manager Pan Changqing delivered a warm and enthusiastic New Year’s address. He first extended his sincerest gratitude and highest respect on behalf of the company’s management to all employees who had worked diligently and selflessly throughout the year, as well as to their families who had silently supported them. He reviewed the company’s remarkable achievements over the past year, emphasizing that these accomplishments were inseparable from the wisdom and hard work of every employee. He stressed that “the success of any company is invariably the success of its products,” and that TST will continue to adhere to the philosophy of “quality as the foundation, innovation as the soul,” deeply cultivating the cable and sealing module industry, actively expanding into the global market, and striving to build TST into a world-class brand with international competitiveness. He also outlined a grand blueprint for 2026, encouraging everyone to look to the world, connect with global customers, and illuminate the world map with superior products, technology, and services. Other leaders took the stage to speak, their speeches receiving thunderous applause from the audience.
The banquet officially began. A sumptuous feast was accompanied by melodious music. Everyone raised their glasses in celebration, exchanging blessings, their joy overflowing. The dazzling performances and exciting lucky draw repeatedly brought the atmosphere to a climax. Our usually meticulous and serious colleagues transformed into talented performers: dynamic dances, heartfelt songs, and incredibly creative acts… each performance earned rounds of applause and laughter. The lucky draw, interspersed throughout the banquet, was particularly full of surprises, with cheers and applause rising and falling, and lucky winners beaming with happiness.
The entire annual meeting was filled with a warm, harmonious, and joyful atmosphere. It was not only a celebration but also a gathering that strengthened our bonds. It allowed us to witness the company’s thriving development and vitality, and to feel the warmth and strength of our team. We firmly believe that in the upcoming year of 2026, under the leadership of the company’s leadership, all colleagues will work together with even greater enthusiasm and higher morale to create a brighter and more prosperous future for the company!
