  • The rated voltage level U 0 /U (U m ) is: 0.6/1 (1.2) kV1.8/3 3.6) kV and 3.6/6 (7.2) kV in the DC system, the maximum voltage between the cable conductor and the ground is not more than 1.5 times the rated voltage of the cable U 0 . Note: “U 0” denotes the voltage applied between insulated conductors and ground, “U” denotes the voltage applied between phase conductors of two-core or multi-core cables and the system voltage of single-core cables, “U m ” indicates the maximum voltage of the equipment system.
  • Temperature characteristics: long-term operating temperature of 90O C, cumulative 20000h temperature of 120 O C, short-circuit overload temperature of 200 O C (5S).
  • Minimum ambient temperature: -40O C. 4.
  • Bending radius: 5-8 times the cable outer diameter for fixed occasions; 4 times the cable outer diameter for mobile occasions. 5.
  • Insulation or sheathing: EI104 and EM104 cross-linked elastomers as specified in EN50264-2-1 standard.
  • Flame retardant performance: Pass the single vertical combustion test in EN50265-2-1 and the bundle combustion test in EN50266-2-4 (cable O.D. (D)>12mm) EN50266-2-5 (cable O.D. 6 mm<D<12mm) EN50305 (cable O.D. D<6mm).
  • Oil-resistant performance: the finished cable has excellent oil-resistant performance, and the oil-resistant performance of its sheath complies with EN50264-2-1 standard.
  • Acid and alkali resistance: the finished cable sheath passes the acid and alkali resistance test stipulated in EN50264-2-1 standard.
