Seamless Extruded PI Insulation: Replaces traditional wrapping processes with a seamless extruded polyimide insulation layer. The structure is uniform and dense—free from delamination or air bubbles—offering mechanical strength and insulation reliability significantly superior to traditional film-wrapped wires.
Ultra-Wide Temperature Range: Operating temperatures span from -269°C to 300°C. The material remains crack-free at cryogenic temperatures and does not soften at high temperatures, making it suitable for applications ranging from liquid helium and liquid nitrogen environments to high-temperature equipment compartments.
Superior Radiation Resistance: Capable of withstanding radiation doses of 10⁹ Rad (10⁷ Gy). In high-radiation environments—such as the nuclear industry, aerospace, and particle accelerators—the insulation does not crack, and performance remains undegraded.
Ultra-High Vacuum Compatibility: Suitable for UHV (Ultra-High Vacuum) environments (<10⁻¹⁰ mbar). Features low volatility and low outgassing, meeting the stringent cleanliness requirements of semiconductors, quantum research, and space simulation chambers.
Ultra-High Insulation Resistance: Exceeds 1×10¹⁶ Ω·cm. Offers stable voltage resistance and strong anti-interference capabilities, ensuring the precise transmission of high-frequency and low-current signals.
Versatile Structure and Easy Installation: Supports various configurations, including single-core, dual-core, multi-core, and twisted-pair designs. With a minimum bending radius of 7.5 times the cable’s outer diameter, routing in confined spaces is effortless. Voltage ratings cover 300V, 600V, and 1000V to meet diverse system requirements.
High-Quality Conductors: Ensures stable signal transmission. Features silver-plated copper conductors (available in solid or stranded configurations) offering high conductivity, oxidation resistance, and excellent solderability.
