Wire structure

Designed specifically for fixed-line transmission in high-vacuum environments. Employing a single solid conductor structure, the conductor can be made of oxygen-free copper, silver-plated copper, nickel-plated copper, or alloy materials, adapting to various scenarios requiring high frequency, corrosion resistance, and high solderability, thus ensuring transmission stability from the source.

The insulation layer is made of high-performance materials such as PEEK or general-purpose PTFE, FEP, and ETFE, with a temperature range of 80℃-150℃. It has no excess gas release in a vacuum environment and is professionally cleaned before leaving the factory. It usually does not require complicated pretreatment and can be used after simple blowing, which greatly reduces construction costs.

The product’s bending radius is no less than 7.5 times the outer diameter of the wire. It is equipped with O-ring sealed connectors and is suitable for fixed wiring scenarios such as precision instruments, electron microscopes, and metallurgical heat treatment. Multiple specifications cover conductor areas of 0.01-2.6mm², and the maximum voltage can reach 6000V DC to meet different power transmission requirements.

Designed for connection scenarios requiring frequent movement and significant vibration in high vacuum environments. The conductor employs a multi-strand stranding process and undergoes a smooth and clean surface treatment, significantly improving cable flexibility and fatigue resistance while ensuring conductivity. The bending radius only needs to be no less than 7 times the outer diameter, making it suitable for highly flexible connectors, mobile vacuum equipment, and other applications.

The conductor and insulation materials are the same as those in the HV-S series, with multiple options including oxygen-free copper, silver-plated copper, and nickel-plated copper. The PEEK/PTFE/FEP/ETFE insulation layer is temperature resistant from 80℃ to 150℃, and the vacuum pressure is compatible with 10⁻³mbar to 10⁻⁷mbar. The O-ring sealing design ensures vacuum tightness.

The product can withstand a maximum voltage of 15000V DC and a maximum current of 70A in a vacuum. Its multi-strand twisted structure is resistant to bending and wear, and can maintain stable transmission even under long-term vibration. It is an ideal choice for industrial coating, moving parts of vacuum furnaces, and flexible connections of precision equipment.

Designed for multi-core signal transmission and control requirements in high vacuum environments. It adds a shielding layer and a sheath layer to the single-core cable, supports single-strand/multi-strand stranding of the conductor, features a clean surface treatment, and uses PEEK/PTFE/FEP/ETFE insulation. The sheath layer is made of the same series of high-performance materials, providing double protection to enhance anti-interference and durability.

The product has a voltage rating of 300V and 600V, and the shielding layer effectively isolates external interference, ensuring stable synchronous transmission of multi-core signals. The bending radius is not less than 7 times the outer diameter, and the O-ring seal is suitable for vacuum environments. It can be used directly after factory cleaning.

With core counts ranging from 2 to 16, and custom pair structures are also available, this cable is suitable for multi-core control scenarios such as decorative coating, tool coating, freeze drying, and conventional SEM. It balances signal transmission and power supply, solving the wiring needs of multiple lines with a single cable and simplifying the wiring design inside the vacuum chamber.
