In the extreme environments of high altitudes, near-Earth orbit, and even deep space exploration, the failure of a single cable can render a multi-million dollar spacecraft mission futile. TST CABLE officially announced that, as one of the few domestic PEEK cable suppliers with a complete aerospace materials and process certification system, it can provide satellite, rocket, aircraft, and high-end equipment customers with a full range of 250℃-resistant, halogen-free, flame-retardant, and low-emission PEEK high-temperature cables, and supports free engineering sample requests and rapid customized development.

With over a decade of experience in the specialty cable field, TST CABLE has successfully built a complete supply chain covering materials, design, manufacturing, and testing. Our PEEK high-temperature cables utilize aerospace-grade pure resin (metal ions ≤1ppm), and have passed NASA ASTM E595 low effluent certification (TML<0.5%, CVCM<0.1%), ECSS-Q-ST-70-08C space material specifications, and AS22759/AS4373 aerospace cable standards. They have also completed joint verification with 100 krad space radiation and thermal vacuum cycling. Our products have been installed in key components such as the BeiDou navigation satellite attitude control system, commercial rocket engine sensors, and auxiliary power units for domestically produced large aircraft, accumulating over 5 years of on-orbit/in-service operation with zero failures.

Compared to traditional silicone, PTFE, or PI cables, TST CABLE ‘s PEEK high-temperature wire boasts four irreplaceable advantages:
✅ True High-Temperature Resistance: Continuous operating temperature up to 250℃, short-term withstand temperature up to 300℃, far exceeding the limit of silicone (180℃);
✅ Extreme Reliability: Tensile strength up to 95MPa, vibration resistant, antigenic oxygen resistant, deep charging resistant, and lifespan exceeding 15 years;
✅ Green and Safe: Intrinsically halogen-free flame retardant (UL94 V-0), non-toxic and non-corrosive during combustion, meeting FAA FAR 25.853 and EN 45545 standards.

Requirements;
✅ Lightweight design: density of only 1.32g/cm³, reducing weight by more than 60% compared to metal armored lines with the same performance.

More importantly, we have a deep understanding of the supply chain security needs of China’s aerospace and high-end equipment industries. The company has passed the GJB 9001C national military standard quality system certification and AS9100D aerospace quality certification, and has established independent clean workshops and a full-process traceability system to ensure that every step from raw material batches to finished product delivery is controllable, verifiable, and reliable. Simultaneously, strategic partnerships with several leading domestic PEEK resin manufacturers have completely eliminated reliance on overseas materials such as Victrex, ensuring stable delivery and optimized costs.
