Passing rigorous testing according to ASTM E595, the total mass loss (TML) is <1%, the volatile condensable matter (CVCM) is <0.1%, and it operates stably in ultra-high vacuum environments from 10⁻⁷ mbar to 10⁻¹² mbar without any excess gas venting that contaminates the equipment.

Single solid conductor (preferred for UHV scenarios), conductor material options include oxygen-free copper, silver-plated copper, nickel-plated copper and alloys, insulation uses selected PI or specific grade PFA, and all-metal sealed CF interface design.

Key parameters

The maximum voltage in a vacuum can reach 2000-6000V DC, the maximum current is 0.1-17A, the conductor area is 0.01-2.2mm², and the standard resistance is 2270-8Ω/km.

TST-UHV-J Single-core conductor unsheathed cable

Core Features

The multi-stranded conductor has a smooth and clean surface treatment, resulting in superior flexibility. Its bending radius is only 7 times the outer diameter of the wire, making it suitable for high-frequency signal transmission and vibration environments.

Key parameters

Maximum voltage in vacuum: 7500V DC; maximum current: 0.5-12A; conductor area: 0.04-0.97mm²; standard resistance: 548-18Ω/km.

TST-UHV-D Multi-core Stranded Sheathed Cable

Core Features

Single-strand/multi-strand stranded conductors are available. Insulation and sheath are made of PI or PFA material. Withstand voltage ratings cover 300V, 600V, and 1000V. The shielding single wire diameter is 0.1-0.12mm, resulting in stronger transmission stability.

Key parameters

A wide range of core count × area specifications are available (from 2×0.035mm² to 16×0.5mm², etc.), with cable outer diameters of 1.5-10.0mm, standard resistance of 40.1-790.7Ω/km, and cable weight of 4.0-127.97kg/km.

TST-CP/P Ultra-High Voltage System Coaxial Cable

Core Features

Silver-plated copper multi-strand stranded conductor, silver-plated copper braided shielding layer coverage > 90%, impedance stable at 50±2Ω, rated voltage 1KV DC (vacuum room temperature), halogen-free design for greater environmental friendliness.

Key parameters

Temperature range: 269℃ to 200℃ (250℃ for short periods), single bending radius: 7 times the cable outer diameter, dynamic bending radius: 10 times, and the gas release rate meets the standard after baking.
